Is there anything Masaba Gupta can’t do? We think not. The fashion designer is known for her dedicated fitness routine and clean eating habits. Now, Masaba has shared a video from her Pilates session on Instagram. Here, the actress is seen trying to balance her body on a Pilates ball. Well, it may sound simple but it isn’t. As per Masaba, if you “can’t hold your core it’s all over honey.” In the background, we can hear the song Stayin’ Alive by Bee Gees. For the caption, Masaba wrote, “ She’s back | Pilates Friday with @kore.with.karina sooooo good. If you can’t hold your core it’s all over honey (in life and on the mat).”
On World Health Day, Masaba Gupta shared pictures of herself on Instagram and wrote, “Good Health is in.Filters are out! Happy World Health Day everyone.” In the opening slide, we can see Masaba’s well-toned shoulder muscles. Next, we got a glimpse of her post-workout glow.
Sharing another video from her fun-filled workout session, Masaba Gupta wrote, “Nobody knows what nonsense we do in our training sessions but somehow body has been built. Welcome back, coach.” To this, her trainer replied, “I completely agree with you..the things we do…subhan allah.” He added, “Next reel should be about how much faffing we do during our session.”
Masaba Gupta gave major fitness goals when she shared a video from her intense workout session on Instagram. The designer is seen performing a range of exercises including core-strengthening training and cardio sessions. Her side note read, “How’s the Josh for the last few days of the year? Mine is (down arrow) and it’s OK! I’m really just in the mood to eat what I like and not count calories and I really have decided to put no burden of silly resolutions with my food either. The only rule? The non negotiable? : 60minutes of my day 6 days a week of just moving, taking the stairs when I can & hopefully wearing more practical clothes the next time. What’s your 2023 non negotiable?
Masaba Gupta was last seen in the second season of Masaba Masaba.
