No proxy and authority will be allowed in Offline Round 2.
Offline round 2 is an offline counseling process, so candidates must come in
person per their merit numbers’ schedule. The candidates will not be
offered admission to the seats available according to their merit in the allotment
process of 1st online round.

All the candidates are instructed to see the number of
vacant seats available for the offline round before coming for counseling as per
schedule. They must reach the selected help center 30 minutes before the scheduled
time for counseling. Those without original documents and prescribed fees will
not be granted admission. They should not leave
admission premises till instructed by the ACPPGMEC-CPS officer.
