Citadel: Varun Dhawan And Samantha Ruth Prabhu “Huddle” In England. Arjun Kapoor Reacts

Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu have been shooting for the Indian version of Citadel. Now, the team has reached England for the next schedule. Yes, Varun shared a picture on his Instagram featuring the director duo Raj and DK and co-star Samantha. In the image, they can be seen enjoying their drinks as they all flash their million-dollar smiles for the camera. Varun looks dapper in a pink T-shirt and yellow jacket, while Samantha looks pretty in a black ensemble topped with a blue denim jacket. 

Sharing the picture, Varun Dhawan captioned it as “Team huddle in England #citadelindia.” Soon after he shared the post, his BFF Arjun Kapoor commented, “Need a bigger table for the big budget bonanza !!!”

Meanwhile, during an interview with PTI, Samantha Ruth Prabhu opened up on filming action scenes in Citadel despite health issues. She said, “Considering the challenges that I am facing health wise, I am glad I am able to do what I am doing in ‘Citadel’. Everyone is being patient and kind and I am truly grateful for that.”

On working with Raj and DK again (she previously worked with them in The Family Man 2), she said, “I am privileged to work with Raj and DK again, they are (at) the top of their game, they gave me such an amazing character with Raji.”

Produced by the Russo Brothers’ the original Citadel series features Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden in the lead. The American Citadel is slated to release on April 28 on Amazon Prime Video.
